Sean started his financial planning practice at IG Wealth Management in 2011. He has obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® designation and has been a Division Manager since 2013. He is currently enrolled in the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA^®) program.

Sean focuses his practice on pre-retirees, retirees, and high-income professionals. He helps clients with their retirement, tax, insurance, and legacy planning needs. He enjoys what he does because the relationship between human behaviour and money has always been fascinating to him, and he loves the idea of improving that relationship to the best of his ability.

Sean is very family oriented and when he is not at the office, he is spending time with his wife, daughter and son. Physical fitness has always been important to Sean and every morning you will find him at the gym. Sean is very involved in his children's many activities and enjoys staying busy with them.

Craig was born in Lafleche, Saskatchewan and joined IG Wealth Management in 2016. He obtained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® designation and is committed to maximizing the financial planning protection and productivity for each client. His goal is to create financial peace of mind for every client.

Outside of his professional life you can find him spending time with his wife and their two daughters, playing 18 on the golf course or taking in a local Medicine Hat Maverick's baseball game.

Gerald joined IG Wealth Management in 2018 after retiring from the RCMP. His operational planning experience, organization skills and client-centred service priorities are the skills he brings to the team.

Gerald grew up on a grain farm in northern Alberta. He worked in several provinces across Canada while in the RCMP. He and his family enjoy travelling and spending time at their cabin.

Ashley is one of our Administrative Assistants. She joined the team in October 2020 and comes with 15+ years of administrative and customer service experience. She is also currently working toward becoming a licensed Associate Consultant.

Ashley was born and raised in Medicine Hat. She has two active boys, and while they keep her very busy with school and sports, she loves being able to cheer them on and watch them grow into young men. She also loves being active and keeping healthy. Volleyball, camping, travelling, music, eating amazing food and spending time with family and friends gives her the most joy!

Rhonda started as an Assistant with IG Wealth Management in 2015. In October 2016, she accepted the position of CSAII where one of her many responsibilities was processing all the paperwork that was submitted for the office. With this position she learned a lot about the different systems, programs, and how to be as efficient as possible with client administrative requests. In October 2019, Rhonda joined the team and has taken what she has learned in her years at IG to keep the practice organized, compliant, manage the day-to-day tasks and the administrative team.

Outside of the office, Rhonda loves spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys bike riding, kayaking, and playing pickleball.

Shieleen was born in the Philippines, but grew up in Kamloops, BC.  She has called Medicine Hat home since 2009, when she moved with her husband, Sean, to start a family.

Shieleen has been a part of the team at IG Wealth Management on and off since 2014. Her current role as a Marketing and Event Coordinator includes creating social media posts, planning events, and assisting Sean and Craig in community involvement in Medicine Hat.

Outside of the office, she is a mother to two very busy children, a foodie and a world traveler.
